Reverting back to a previous plan

Has anyone successfully reverted back to their plan after making a change?
I was under Fido Payment Program $60 and made a plan change on their website to BYOP $30, which downgraded my account and asked for a downgrade fees which was the amount left on the Payment Program.
I'm highly regretting that click and eager to go back to my previous plan. Has anyone ever successfully reverted back to their plan? If yes, how did you do that?
