Someone using my address and fido isn't doing anything about it

I've been receiving mail from fido under someone else's name and I've contacted fido and they said they couldnt do anything about it
I've also asked postal office if they can stop sending mail from fido under that person's name and they can't either.
Like what the hell fido? Do you guys check to make sure they live in that residence before making their account??
What can I even do to stop receiving these mails?
