There will be a shareholder meeting on June 9th that will vote on numerous proposals. One of these proposals (Proposal 5) is to request, "that the Board of Trustees institute procedures to avoid holding investments in companies that, in management’s judgment, substantially contribute to genocide or crimes against humanity". Management, of course, recommends that people vote against this proposal.
I am not highly knowledgeable about how Fidelity operates, but I saw an email in my spam folder about voting as a shareholder, so I opened it up and saw this important proposal. I believe you must own certain funds to vote for these proposals (I own FXAIX - the Fidelity 500 Index Fund), and your votes will be proportional to the amount of money you have invested.

If you're able to vote, it was easy enough to vote through the email they sent to me. If you're sure you're able to vote but lost the email, I know my voting information is in my Fidelity Account > Statements > Proxy Materials
Apparently a proposal like this was tried 10 years ago, but it failed, and only garnered 27% of the vote
