Tooth & gum pain; new fibro symptom?

Post Body

My teeth have been sensitive for a few years now, but it's gotten worse within the past month(ish). It feels like every nerve is exposed; brushing hurts, mouthwash burns more than usual, & even breathing heavy through my mouth hurts sometimes. I always have to use a straw with cold drinks or it's excruciating.

I have 2 cavities in my molars & a wisdom tooth that grew in, but nothing else appears "wrong".

Diagnosed with fibromyalgia 2 years ago. Taking Lyrica, Cymbalta, & Baclofen for the fibro. Also taking vitamin D, cranberry w/ vitamin C, Ferosul (iron), & Pantoprozol (antacid), and I have the Nexplanon arm implant. Ocassionally Rizatriptan too for migraines.
