I can’t wear a traditional face mask with the elastic ear loops because it hurts the skin behind my ears. That area seems to be very sensitive. So I made a mask with ribbon that I tie around my pony tail to keep it off my neck. It has helped so much. I have to wear a mask for work so I have to wear it for hours. 😷
