i’ve been in one of my worst flares ever for about a month and a half now. and with all the current stress that’s going on in the world, i’m waking up every day feeling sore like i ran two marathons the day before. no amount of stretching or meds or movement (or lack thereof) helps. i still have to go about my day, work my food service job, cook, clean, take care of my pets, etc. i just want the world to stop for a little while. at least then maybe i could spend some time on things i actually enjoy, even if i do feel like i was hit by a truck while doing it. thanks for listening, folks
