I’m a teacher, so I’m usually on my feet all day and moving around. I stay pretty active, which for the most part helps my fibromyalgia. However now that I’m home and sitting at my computer all day, it’s flaring up so badly. It’s been raining for days, so I can’t get outside to walk or anything. Is anyone else having this issue? What are you doing to keep your pain levels tolerable?
