I've been working in a temp office position since November, and they've very graciously are offering me a permanent position. They've been very impressed with my work (yay!) But are a little nervous re my hours as I've had to deal with some health issues.
They've offered me the ability to create a flex schedule as long as I get my 40 hours in. I'm thrilled, but they've asked me to create the schedule and I'm a little lost.
Does anyone else have experience/advice on how to tackle this? Obviously we all are different and therefore have different needs, but what are some things I should consider when proposing a schedule?
Any advice appreciated even if it's just to share your own experiences. TY!
