I use to be 140lbs, and athletic....would hike 10miles twice a week in the mountains. I enjoyed free hiking, no trails just a map with GPS as backup.
With my fibromyalgia and the muscle, joint, and even skin hurting....I have lost all interest in any activity. I am even unable to keep full-time hours at my job, or help as much around the homestead.
So last year I went for the 140lbs to now at 185lbs. Do get me wrong on this part, I was always a B-cub and now a nice full D-cup. So I like that part..lol But I now have this gut...that I hate, any tips on how to help?
