Some days it's a bruise, only noticeable when poked

Other days it's like a lightning strike; sharp, painful, spreading outward

BRAIN FOG

I scratch an itch & it feels like Wolverine's claws ripped through my skin

The water from the shower head feels like needles

Can't get up from the bathtub

Cold drinks bring tooth sensitivity

Warm drinks soothe, but upset my stomach

Chewing feels like a never-ending task

Food never sits well

HEARTBURN

Clothes feel like fire on my skin

Sitting brings sciatica & hip soreness

Standing tightens an already tight lower back

Always dizzy

Hips constantly feel bruised and dislocate often

NO SLEEP

Clumps of hair in the shower because even my scalp is inflamed

Feet swell and don't fit in shoes

I'm hot, no I'm cold, wait I'm hot again

Pills stick in my throat

Medicine that's supposed to help, does nothing but cause weight gain

Migraines have no warning anymore & always start at a level 10

Some days my partner can't touch me at all because even the lightest touch feels like lightning

Tears of pain, grief, & loneliness every night
