When I decided to join the fiber world one of the things I kept hearing was about the shortage of workers in the field. I’ve applied for multiple jobs in the past month and have heard nothing back from any of them. I’m sure experience is the main reason since most jobs require it. Any idea on how to get my foot in the door with virtually no experience? I have the certifications!
