Just found this community so this is from a while ago. I’m not going to do anything at this point. But I’m wondering y’all’s thoughts on what I SHOULD have done. I purchase / purchased custom videos and part of what I pay for (and I’m very clear on my requests) is including my name intermittently throughout. I get that some sellers charge more for this and I am ok with this. But one video that I paid for came to me and didn’t include my name at all. Not once. Such an omission that 30 minutes after sending it she replied “oh shoot I forgot to use your name sorry!” Otherwise the video was great, hit everything I asked for. I did nothing. Should I have asked for a redo or something? Seems like a lot to ask, but it was important to me and I was clear about it. Again, just wondering for future I’m not going back to bug this seller over something from months ago.
