This is a tough one as I hate leaving negative reviews but had to share this after receiving my order from user petitefeet64. The ordering experience was on point, very responsive and offered plenty of options to match my request. I tried to be specific in looking for the length of wear in which the socks begin getting smelly and I was suggested to try the 4 day route. I also wanted the socks quickly so I made sure to check on backlog of orders to make sure I didn’t have a long wait. I paid Aug 4th, expecting the wear to begin Aug 8th, which is did. Got a message letting me know the socks were started. One of the options in the pricing included a daily photo but I only received one. By Aug 12th (the 5th day) I inquired about the socks to see if they were going to be shipped out and was told the wear will continue on the 14th and 15th with the expectation that they will be shipped on the 15th. Tough part is I don’t know if this means the wear was split or if they were worn longer but without receiving updates I was left unsure but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. On the 16th I finally received tracking info, 9 days after wear began with the socks arriving on Friday. The socks arrived seemingly barely worn with practically no scent. Quite a disappointment after all the anticipation but wanted to share the experience. Having purchased quite a few socks through this platform as well as others, I understand that sometimes scents may not be as strong as others but these socks still had a stronger detergent smell versus a worn smell. They may have been worn for 4 days however based on what I ordered and what I received, I’m giving a 1 star rating.
