Should I sell my 2021 F8 for a 296GTB Assetto Fiorano?

I am having a massive dilemma. Bought my awesome F8 for $50k over sticker, which at the time was an amazing deal, and now they are selling for sticker or less. Thought I would keep it forever. Not what I was expecting when buying the last V8 Twin Turbo Ferrari will ever make. I get depreciation will now slow down and the car will eventually start to appreciate again. But that seems like a long way off now. But I have the opportunity to sell my F8 for Sticker and buy a loaded Assetto Fiorano 296 GTB for under sticker. I was originally drooling over the SF90 but after sitting in it, it’s too roomy like the F8. I love my F8, Custom black rims, HD-Tune to over 800HP, Novitec exhaust and it’s in mint condition with Daytona interior and Grigio silver exterior, very unique F8. But the combination of a highly refined V6 and electric motor, it’s a mind blowing combination of power across the whole band vs the F8 having to spin up the Turbos so they lack significant off the line power. With the addition of Assetto Fiorano package and a very loaded 296. The interior is better and tighter giving a much more super car feel, tech is way better, but it’s not a classic like the F8. I can buy the 296 under sticker, where the F8, I paid over sticker, in the weaker market and now the 296 market is starting to soften creating opportunities. So for basically $100k my F8 gets me a fully loaded 296 under sticker. I am also a horsepower and technology nut, which is what has made the 296 so attractive. In my favorite color combo Black on White leather racing seats. The tech on the F8 has certainly become dated. Back to 488 almost.

O’ wise forum give me some guidance please. I am really torn. $465k sticker on 296 and $321k sticker on F8. No more Warranty on F8 which is why I tuned it, vs the 296 will goto 2027 with service till 2031.

I just think the 296 GTB is the car of my dreams but is my F8 already it, and I don’t realize it?

TIA
