Ubisoft connect not syncing to the game for challenge rewards

As the title says it’s not syncing for rewards or keeping track of challenges I have already tamed 3 mounts and it still shows 2 and I gone bear hunting and killed them and shows 0 and earlier I did not receive my 2 Zeus’ lightning rewards and suggestions
