What is the difference between a Standard Practice Foil and a Standard E. Foil?

Hello everyone. I’ve been looking online to buy a starter uniform set from the Absolute Fencing website. On the 6-piece Foil uniform they have these two weapons as options but I don’t understand what the difference is between them. Can anyone help me with this? I assumed the E stood for electric but aren’t all the weapons electric? That’s how you play the sport. Thank you in advance.
