I'm relatively new to fencing, and needing new shoes as the only ones I currently have are basic walking shoes. The catch is that I have a wide foot, and orthopedic inserts for my very flat feet. Are there any shoes out there that can accommodate me or is this something I should bring up with my podiatrist?
Edit: When I say walking shoes, I mean like real casual slip-on style walking shoes.
