First wood privacy fence I've built as lead installer. Thoughts?

Started at my company about 8 months ago as just a general laborer/helper with zero carpentry knowledge. Yesterday I built my first wood fence with the help of one new-hire, took 11 hours, but it was finished within a day. Feel really good about it, only part of the fence I didn't like was the crooked bottom rail in the corner of the back line, which was the result of having to tie into a neighbors old, poorly built, fence. Please let me know your thoughts or if you have any tips going forward!
