I've had a rough time over the last few years and I've always told myself that part of the reason it was harder to handle is because I didn't have access to dance.

Very recently I found a couple of people to dance with and it honestly feels like all the garbage I'm dealing with is suddenly easier to handle even if it still causes the same amounts of stress.

I was just curious what everyone else uses to feel like a real human again.
