Use to be active before transition and was able to bench 315. Been on hormones for 3 years now and my arms are still huge, canโt wear any cute tops without looking absurdly big. Havenโt done any upper body movements in 3 years but my arms are bigger then most guys, any advice?
The goal should always be more muscle. You will never look like a man unless you take male hormones. Muscle creates insulin sensitivity and increases metabolism. You canโt spot reduce. In a calorie deficit the body chooses where to pull from and it might be legs. You can spot build
