Im 6ft 220lbs and with a pretty heavyset figure. I have very wide hips and glutes, i want to slim down my stomach but no matter how much cardio I do I donβt loose much weight. I want to have a small waist and big hips (duhh), how can I cut the stomach and keep the lower half. Obviously its something to do with diet but im picky and I dont know what i need. My goal is to get there in a year. Help me start?
