I always used to be skinny before my marriage and due to depression put on some weight. I'm 5'9 and 210 lbs currently. Back in the day I was always 140s to 160. I want to get back into that type of shape but also build my glutes and have a nice shapely butt.
Any type of advice would be awesome.
