As the last rays of the sun painted the town in golden hue, Adrian was walking in the alleys of the town. He had came all the way down from the mountains to get a job as a blacksmith. He was a skilled blacksmith with muscles sculpted from years of manual labor, he was a tall man with skin bronzed by the forge's heat. His hair, black as the night, His hands, though rugged and calloused from his work, were capable of crafting the most intricate designs on weapons
He heard strange rumors while talking with the bartender early on, that there is a vampire countess that lived in the castle up in the hill. Adrian was always a skeptic, he shrugged the bartenders stories. Most inhabitants only knew her as the reclusive rich woman of the castle. They respected her for the stability her wealth brought to the town, yet feared her for the unknown. Bartender said whispers of her true nature as a vampire circulated in hushed tones, and though these stories were passed off as legends, there was an air of caution around her.
For his luck on that same evening, Countess will also descended from her castle to visit the town...
