It's the bare minimum, to be respectful at work and keep my hands and comments to myself, I never once had an issue with it as I always understood basic human decency. I assumed this meant I'd face no issues at my fancy new office job.
My boss, you, on the other hand, decided something for me that would make my work life somewhat more difficult and interesting. There was something about me, maybe my boyish features or innocent personality, but I just absolutely had to be messed with.
One afternoon in the break room, it was just you and me, with me grabbing a cup of coffee and originally intending to get right back to my cubicle, you, however, stop me, and make quite the demand. You want me to.. grope you, to stick a hand out and squeeze sensitive parts of you. I'm quite surprised, and was originally going to deny and file to hr, but then you threatened my position and a defamation campaign, afraid for my job, I comply, and reach out my hand.
