Does anyone have experience with this kind of thing? I never really thought it works, but I listened to an audio file once and found myself in a really deep trance. Like even though I tried to do things like open my eyes, or really have cognizant thoughts. It ended up scaring me and once I finished the file I didn't listen anymore, and eventually any conditioning from the file kind of washed out, but the experience stuck with me.

On some level I enjoyed the experience, I have a very stressful irl situation and being able to just...drop into a headspace where all I had to do was listen felt so relaxing, but I'm kind of scared that I'll end up rewiring my brain in some way that I wouldn't like. I'm very introverted, and I've always cherished my own mind as a sanctuary for when I feel overstimulated, so a domme being able to penetrate my mind feels like this absolute display of control to me. It's something I want to experience more, but I guess I'm worried about the ethics/safety of the kink.
