I’ve noticed a lot of posts asking questions that are posed in the structure shown in the title and I just wanted to spread a little advice for the people who have these types of questions when it comes to Femdom and BDSM in general.

Unless your question is “Does consent have to be obtained” the answer is almost always No.

“Do Dommes have to be older than subs?” No

“Does X kink have to be done in Y way?” No

“Does X dynamic have to follow Y rules” No

While certain things are portrayed sometimes in specific ways, that doesn’t mean that’s how it has to be and you are not allowed to deviate. BDSM in itself was deviation from the norm. It’s okay to be who you are and create your own experiences.

The only set rules you should follow ALWAYS are safety, sanity, and consent.
