Ok I might get lots of backlash for saying this but these are some of my observations so far:
Subs expecting a response AND an apology for not being interested. Like wtf 😁
Dommes demanding submission right off the bat (according to what has been said to me)
Subs immediately demanding to be monogamous and exclusive. I'm actually monogamous but expecting me to immediately give all of my attention to you is a big no.
Dommes expecting monetary rewards, even though being a provider is what I consider to be dominant (I know this is subjective).
Subs demanding attention when it is convenient for them and not taking into account a Domme's schedule. This has been the biggest issue for me as I felt as if they expected me to modify my schedule based on their preferences.
Dommes treating Femdom as a casual thing yet expecting subs to treat them seriously. Ofc not everyone wants to be romantically involved with their kink partner, but I truly believe that BDSM should not be treated lightly for lots of different reasons.
Subs putting Dommes on a pedestal and worshipping them but at the same time dehumanizing them, ironically. Dommes are still human beings with feelings and subs tend to forget that.
(Some) Dommes still subscribe to the idea of what a "real man" is, almost saying as if subs are not real men. Although it might just be someone's kink so I'm kinda murky about this one 😁
I contrasted Dommes with subs not to pit people against each other but to paint a more well rounded picture. Just sharing my 2 cents.
