Suggestions for different or more unique toys and tools?

I am still relatively new and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for different toys and things to try.
I just ordered a tens unit pen. Partially I want to use it on myself for pain. But it could be fun for other things.
What are your favorites to use or have used on you? Ranging from traditional things to weird or unique things you enjoy in d/s play. I want to be creative in scenes so I could use the inspiration.
