So I'm not new to CBT but I'm new to performing it on myself. & watching some ballbusting videos here and there some of them really scared the shit out of me like how can someone his you in balls with that much power....
I love the slight pain it gives me when I hit my balls and after 30sec or 1 minute I'm able to hit again.
So my question is how to proceed safely?
Is is safe to do daily?
What are some signs that I should be aware of and be responsible with?
Does it get easier, I mean with time does pain tolerance increase like your balls get used to some amount of pain or something like that?
PS - I'll be doing it myself only for a misstress online (sending her videos as a proof)
