Wife and I have been married for 6 years, been together for 10.

I won't get too much into our past, but we're looking to heat up our sex life. Our sex life has been less frequent in the last several years, mostly due to me suffering from sleep apnea which snowballed into some poor health choices on my part (drinking, weight gain) which have improved vastly with therapy.
