My main goal for 2024 is to balance denial and cumming to keep myself happy, healthy and horny. (See my first update on my profile for details.)

My secondary goals to achieve that is as follows: - No less than 13 days between orgasm sessions on average throughout the year. - Play with my clit every day - exceptions for my period. - Play with my nipples every day. - Bring the yearly average number of days between wearing my plug and BenWas down to a maximum of 7 - currently 8 and 9. - Wear clamps on my nipples on days set aside for chores around the house.

Rule: - A firm minimum of 5 days between orgasm sessions.

Again it's been much longer between updates than I'd like, I've had the flu and been busy with life'ing.

My last cum-session was 14 days ago, after a 19 day denial streak. I've played with my nipples every day, my current streak is 135 days. I've missed 4 days of clit play due to my period, my streak is 17 days.

My yearly average number of days between orgasm sessions is 15, the last six months average is 18.

As you can see in my updated goals, I've decided to go with the majority vote of my last post, to change the goal from once a week to bring the yearly average number of days between wearing my plug and BenWas down to a maximum of 7. That is an easier goal to track over time than the previous goal. Unfortunately I've not been able to work much on bringing the average down the past few weeks, but I'm committing to getting there as soon as possible - preferably by the end of October.

I'm very happy with my firm minimum number of days between orgasm sessions being 5 - knowing that cumming is strictly unavailable after an orgasm session helps bring back the tingle and urgency more quickly.

Seeing as my yearly average of days between orgasm sessions has increased to 15 with the average of the last six months being 18, It might be time to increase the yearly average minimum to 14? I'll put it to a vote, and would also love feedback on the topic in the comments.
