Day 2: A surprisingly intense morning >~<

This is day 2 of attempting to deny myself and omg I woke up way hornier than I expected. Even though I knew it was risky I couldn't help but rub a little and when it started,,, well I was humping my pillow a good bit. Ended up edging a few times but left it at that cause I dont wanna fail so quickly.
If i get the urge to I might end up touching again in a little while. Anything ye wanna suggest I try? I'll give something a go at least.
