Request: Scaling Consequences
Post Body

Heya, my sub asked to go double or nothing on this week's denial period. For context: they are allowed one (1) orgasm on their own terms each Sunday. Last Sunday, they weren't able to get release, so their next chance is end of this week.

Because of the surprise continuation of the planned 7 day streak, the difficulty will increase for them. They asked me to grant them a second orgasm on Sunday if they stay good and make it all the way to there.

Their proposed consequence for not making it was "no touch until Sunday". I dislike this idea, because it reduces the severity of the consequence on later days. I don't want their struggle to increase at the same pace that the potential number of no touch days they'd face decreases, that sounds like a recipe for failure.

On the other hand, I also don't want to use a formula like "7 - number of days left", because that incentivises failing early, with next to no punishment.

I thought about decoupling the time of failure from the punishment, either by using a fixed number of no touch days, or rolling 2d6.

However, right now I'm also looking to stick to the seven day cycle as strictly as possible, since we're really early in their training. Two weeks is already a lot for such a horny little pet, and I don't want to set them up to fail.

Please tell me about your experience in scaling consequences for failing. As always, I'm also thankful for inspiration on other means of punishment. Keep in mind that we're long distance.

Thanks and happy edging <3
