Denial Day 261: I Need Some Advice From Long Term Denial People.
Post Body

My relationship recently ended and I'm trying to navigate how to deal with denial.

If you are a denial person who has been through this before, I have a few questions.

1) Did you end your denial when the relationship ended? 2) If yes, how did you deal with the drop on top of losing your dynamic? 3) If no, how did you make it your own so you didn't connect the denial to the relationship?

Thank you in advance. I appreciate and guidance.

Do not offer to deny me. I am not looking for someone to take control. Offering to deny me is disrespectful in this situation and will result in an immediate block.
