So today marks the final day of my first full week of denial. I can't believe I have lasted a whole week, I thought I would end up caving in and cumming within a few days. I'm so happy to have reach my first goal!

I decided to to my final day as no touch, and listen to GWA's/scroll Reddit to make my reward day tomorrow extra good with how needy and desperate I will be from today.
