Do breaks from denial help?

Our plan was to do 5 days of denial each week with 2 days ‘off’. So I’d be allowed to cum Mondays and Tuesdays. I’m thinking it will help me to feel truly denied the rest of the week, having something to compare it to. Being allowed to cum on Tuesday will help remind me what I’m missing out on the rest of the week.
