I am shocked by how much denial has changed (improved) our dynamic. We added it recently as something we were just trying out. It has immediately improved our dynamic 100% and I don’t think we’ll ever stop using it.

It truly makes me a better submissive. I am feeling more fulfilled in the dynamic. I feel good about the quality of my submission and it’s all due to denial. We define a good submissive as 2 things:

• A good submissive is ready & available at all time. Denial is a huge help with this. Being denied and edging keeps me needy and wanting. It assures that I’ll be ready to service him at any moment without hesitation, because I’m always aching for sex of any kind.
• A good submissive is focused on serving & giving pleasure. Denial is a huge help with this! I won’t even get a chance to cum unless I serve and pleasure him beyond his expectations. I have to push myself to serve and please him in a mind-blowing way over the course of at least an hour to even have him consider letting me cum. That’s very motivating. I’m willing to spend hours doing everything I can to please him for even a small chance at an orgasm for myself. I’m focused on his pleasure because I’m unlikely to get any.

Denial has been a better motivator than anything else. Knowing I’ll get punished later still doesn’t motivate me as much as being denied & desperate.

If you’re interested, here’s how we’re using it. - I’ll be in denial and edging Thursday-Sunday with planned sessions Friday & Sunday. I’ll only get to finish if I perform well enough. - Mon-Wed: I need to ask to finish. At any time, he can tell me to edge to prepare to serve him that night. If I don’t serve well enough, I won’t get to finish. - If the month ends without providing the required Night Of Service, I’ll be on denial until I give it. - Other longer periods of denial, like ‘anal-only’ will be used as a consequence for disrespect or not wearing my ownership items.
