Long term denial

The longest I have been in denial so far is 2 months. My Daddy and I are LD and so decided to try long term denial for me. He and I only see each other a couple times a year right now, so I am supposed to be in denial and edging until we are together.
I am not sure how I will last until I see him next when I'm so desperate already. LOL We will see how the next few months go (we are supposed to see each other in May).
Any suggestions or tips? ☺️
