This is a fragrance that really surprised me! I got this during a buy 3 get 3 free sale at Bath & Body Works! I had a last free slot and nothing else catching my eye so I figured, hey, worst case scenario, I pass it down to one of the ladies in my family, and at the very least it’ll make a nice sleep scent around the Valentine’s Day season... never did I think I would love it enough to go back for backups!

For those of us that have been burned badly by scents with chocolate/cocoa notes before ( shout out to Mugler’s Angel Muse, one of the most offensive scents I have ever put my nose to... the original Angel being a close runner up ) this is a really safe cocoa fragrance!

This smells like cherry cordials. Smooth, unseeetened cocoa powder for baking ( the way the cocoa would smell, not taste! Haha ) JUST enough cherry in there to evoke the feeling of biting into a cherry cordial. Not too syrupy, not too sweet, cozy and warming. This is another one of my fragrances that I love to wear to bed! Nothing formal.

Nothing “ classy “ about it... but not necessarily vulgar or too “ loud “ for an adult to wear as a casual everyday scent. Is plus that it’s so fun to wear and perfect for the gourmand lovers. I would have no problem making this my scent of the day during a casual day out ( and I did a few times in February! ) it’s not the kind of body mist that makes me feel safe conscious or like I raided the fragrance collection of my teenage baby cousins.

Pretty good staying power for a body mist! I get around 5 hours of wear with this guy, thought the second half of my wear time it does sit at a more intimate sillage, so I reapply around the 3 hour point. I don’t mind this when I reach for a body mist, I expect to have to reapply a few times a day.

My fiancé really likes this one! I’ve gotten a few compliments from him on it.
