This beautiful fragrance opens with a blast of sour cherries and cassis, which provides a beautiful balance to the powdery almond and vanilla base.

As the fragrance sits on my skin I begin to pick up on a juicy peach note that plays really well with the sour cherry note, which keeps it from becoming TOO sweet and fruity. I can smell a dash of the orange blossom in there if I’m really looking for it, but I cannot pick up the rose they claim is I the fragrance for the life of me.

This is Tom Ford Lost Cherry’s fun, sexier twin sister. While Lost Cherry is a sultry socialite, mother of two, married to a successful stock man 15 years her senior, a serious woman with an all black/neutral wardrobe, no mess no fuss, Prada Candy Gloss is the fun, single, always out on the prowl twin younger twin ( by 5 minutes! ) she dresses trendy, colorful and fashion forward while keeping it classy and elegant. She can wear that cream colored coat we all wish we could pull off as our everyday go to because she has no kids to roughen her up during the day and she never ever gets ANYTHING dirty. You’ll never catch her in anything as “ faux pas “ as a pair of running shoes or athleisure. She’s got a tasteful amount of work done, a spectacular figure regardless of never passing up dessert or a glass of wine/champagne, and her hairdresser does such a darn good job with her hair, you’d believe her if she claimed she’d was a natural blonde.

She’s got a wonderful sense of humor and and is quite the social butterfly... and Ofcourse, no shortage of suitors!

Overall this is what I was HOPING Lost Cherry to be like on my skin. They sit on skin similarly but Candy Gloss smells like if you took the spice notes out of Lost Cherry and replaced it with a juicy yet powdery elegant peach note.

This fragrance gives me about 5 hours of wear before I have to reapply, and sits a little less than an arms length of sillage for the first 3 hours, and gradually fades closer to the skin, and by the 5 hour mark it becomes a skin scent.

This is a very unique addition to my collection and one of my personal favorites! I find this very versatile and easy to wear dressed up or dressed down.

My fiancé on the other hand thinks it smells like baby powder, but I strongly disagree lol

Definitely full bottle worthy for me and I play on immediately repurchasing whenever I run out!
