Edit: I mean the new Black Opium Glitter.
My Dillards store had it available for sale in-store, and had a tester available. I was really looking forward to it from the sounds of it. I sprayed a good amount on my arm and shopped around. On first spray it smelled nothing like I expected. It started smelling like cheap hand soap, then developed into something somewhat more respectable. I got zero marshmallow even an hour later. It didn’t smell bad. But on me it smelled like how the older women from church smelled like when I was a kid. I thought it smelled dated unfortunately 😞 I even went back and made sure I tested from the right bottle - yep, the glittery silver one. Sigh. It didn’t smell gourmand at all on me. Don’t blind buy this one…
I was just thinking this a second ago while I was scrolling and it’s so funny I came across this.
I agree, I have the big bottle of it and it smells like strong chemicals and soap to me. I used to love YSL perfumes and idk what happened.
Also my bottles sprayer started melting… having a feeling that’s not very good for skin.
