Only the travel spray has been released in US stores as far as I know but there was a tester available in one of my local mall stores so naturally I took a sampling on my wrist…

At first sniff, Daring instantly reminded me of Baccarat Rouge but maybe an eau fraiche version which translates from French to “fresh water” and is fragrance variation that is far less expensive than the original and therefore doesn’t last nearly as long. It might be thought of by many to be equivalent to a EDT.

That is exactly the vibe that I got, something bright and citrusy with a mild warmness in the backdrop, no spices but a bit of soft earthy green goodness that comes out in the dry down.

This is a very clean inoffensive fragrance perfect for everyday wear. No bells or whistles just a clean scent that I still smell on my wrist faintly at 7 hours.
