*This ended up way longer that I expected- sorry for rambling!*

TLDR - My faves are Angel Nova and Gucci Guilty Absolute Pour Femme. I also love Givenchy Ange ou Demon Le Secret, V&R Flowerbomb, Mon Guerlain EDP and Ariana Grande Cloud. Based on these, what would you recommend I try?

I'm 32, living in SoCal and have only started wearing perfumes the last few years. This is going to sound silly, but I tried to convince myself that loved super sweet, creamy, gourmand perfumes. I have purchased and decluttered a lot of these types of fragrances. I figured just haven't found the "right" gourmand for myself.

I remember when I first smelled Gucci Guilty Absolute Pour Femme. I was testing perfumes in an Ulta at random, so this discovery was sheer luck for me. This was a total love at first sniff- I was transported into a dark and dense dewy forest, lit up by a full moon. I felt like a sexy forest nymph. GG Absolute pour femme is edgy, dark, sexy, and unisex to my nose. It took my breath away. I purchased a bottle and still love it.

A few months later, I found Angel Nova EDP. She has a similar type of sexiness that GG Absolute gives me, but more 'hot girl summer' and less mysterious. I also own and love the EDT. I've seen people say Angel Nova is being discontinued and now I'm afraid GG Absolute PF will be too, especially because I hardly see anyone talk about it. On Fragrantica, I see reviews calling these perfumes 'nothing special', boring and generic. If these are generic scent profiles.. please tell me where I can find similar perfumes!

Other scents I own and love are Givenchy Ange ou Demon Le Secret, V&R Flowerbomb, Mon Guerlain EDP and Ariana Grande Cloud. Based on these- what would you recommend I test? What scent profile is closest to what I enjoy?

Note: Angel Nova gets compared to CH VGG and Delina online, so I purchased decants for VGG, Delina and Delina La Rosee.. Guys, these four smell NOTHING alike to my nose. VGG is straight cherry syrup to me. It's too sweet and I don't get lychee at all. Both Delinas have a sharpness that just doesn't sit well on my skin.

• La Nuit Tresor EDP
• La Nuit Tresor a la Folie - this one smelled dirty on me. not sure how else to describe it
• La Vie est Belle L'eclat (this was the most nauseating fragrance.. instant scrubber. I think it might be the orange blossom),
• Burberry Her
• Lolita Lempicka Lolitaland
• Armani My Way
• JPG Scandal - did not like the honey note
• Armani Si Passion, although if my memory is correct I do really like the orignal Si
