Asking to courts for you bill of rights back

So iv been a felon for 5 years now i cought an assault charge back in 2019. When i was going through everything my PD said in like 10 years i can potition the courts to give me my rights back. Is this possible im from colorado and im a father of 3 boys and i want to tech then how to live off the land and hunt but this is holding me back from showing them the right way to survive.
