How are prisoners with child crimes seen by the other prisoners? What’s the general attitude? My ex husband has a plea hearing on Thursday for 2 felony counts of aggravated stalking and he was recently convicted of child cruelty and domestic violence misdemeanors.
Child cruelty misdemeanors are for letting a child witness a violent crime and for his threats to the school. A kidnapping charge was dismissed.
I’m just trying to prepare myself for whatever may happen to him if he goes to prison.
Asking as the current partner to a former felon who is under the impression that he’s going to have a very hard time.
Georgia if that matters.
ETA: I am not really asking this to help him out but prepare myself mentally for the call if he gets hurt or worse. He has shown no remorse for his actions and is continuing to be threatening. I’m not in his corner at all and am honestly pushing for prison time.
