Getting a job with an open case

So I'm facing 3 felonies at the moment. I thought my record would only show my misdemeanor so I've been applying for jobs as normal for the past couple months. I had a place tell me today that they can't employ me while I have an open case, which would explain why I'm not getting calls back after places do background checks on me. What jobs will hire you while you have an open case? If any. I'm in Ohio.
