After my Dr agreed to send a script for me directly to Red Rock Pharmacy I tried them out. Even with 2 day shipping meds arrived in double insulated package with still frozen ice. Service is premium, but cheaper than Fellahealth by far. A call to pharmacy will be answered in 3 rings or less.
Fellahealth says it's a luxury service, but all my shipments besides a few have arrived warm or with very little tracking info or communication. If paying for 6 months, I expect 6 vial's of meds. Customer service is rude and condensating. Prices are adjusted without disclosure before you sign up. Higher doses cost more. Before adding services they should fine tune customer service and prices. Never once did I talk to a Dr they had listed on website. British company. Are they located in Britain or US? No one knows.
One shining star was founder and owner. He works harder than his own employees taking care of customers. Thanks Richie for all you did for me. But not paying top dollar for subpar customer service reps or pharmacies.
