Infinity Evolved 3.02 crashing OSX desktop environment, leaving no useful logs.
Post Body

Hey folks. My son and I are trying to upgrade our computers to Infinity Evolved 3.02 so that we can play together. The upgrade went fine on my Windows machine, but my son plays on a MacBook.

Every time we launch 3.02 on the MacBook, it gets to all the way to the beginning game screen ("Load Existing World, Play New World, etc). Then the computer freezes up for about a minute and the entire desktop environment crashes out to the OSX login screen. All applications (Chrome, etc) die and have to be restarted.

We've tried with both Twitch and the Legacy Launcher and gotten the exact same behavior. We've updated Java. Same behavior.

Here's our log file. It really doesn't seem to contain anything that useful though. We're not getting any crash logs.

Some googling indicates we're not the first Mac users to have this issue with this version of this modpack.. This poor guy doesn't seem to have found a solution either though.

I have tried disabling various mods, but this is really time consuming. And I've tried messing with the java settings. I'd really love other suggestions of where to go from here.

EDIT 1: After further experimentation, there's more to the logs then we are able to post. Watching the console as the crash plays, out, I see a lot of text go by after we get to the point where the logs freeze. Our log seems to cut off about where the start screen finally gets loaded. More stuff happens, but it doesn't make it into the log file we're able to get to after the desktop reloads, a lot of the text at the end of that screen (when it actually totally freezes) is related to JABBA.

EDIT 2: I've tried disabling JABBA. Nope. It also looks like there's a bunch of sound driver stuff loading at the same time.

EDIT 3: Don't think it's releated to sound. The launcher log shows 2 back to back instances of

    ######## GL ERROR ########
    @ Post render
    1286: Invalid framebuffer operation

So this is system graphics related?
