Secure boot problems

Sorry if this is a dumb question so I had secure boot working at one point with the normal setup of with all of the stuff in the readme.secureboot I'm on fedora kde btw but I than did a bios update to fix an unrelated issue and not it no longer works I've gone through the process of setup of secure boot and it still doesn't work this is specifically for Nvidia driver functionality any and all help is appreciated
