How to install pip 2.7 on Fedora?
Post Body

I am working with a software for my research that is compatible with Fedora 37 (I am using an F37 toolbox on F38). For this software, I also need to install an additional package that can ONLY be installed with pip 2.7.

I have tried installing the package outside the the toolbox (is this important?) with this command and I got the following output:

[nick@fedora ~]$ sudo dnf install python2-pip
[sudo] password for nick:
Last metadata expiration check: 0:23:38 ago on Fri 11 Aug 2023 01:49:44 PM CDT.
No match for argument: python2-pip
Error: Unable to find a match: python2-pip

How can I install pip 2.7? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
